When the original Sales Executive taking care of our portfolio went on leave about a month after we'd signed on, Jason was assigned to take care of the sale of our apartment. We were concerned with a no. of issues regarding the process & procedures of marketing our apartment. There were very, very small nos. of prospective buyers turning up to view the apartment & things generally stagnated. However, we were fortunate to get Jason who carefully listened to our concerns & tried his best to rectify the issues. He was forthright in his opinions about the reasons for the issues. He recommended styling the apartment which incurred additional expense on our part but in the end it contributed to our apartment getting sold.

At our request, he also notified his bosses - the marketing Manager & the Director, to review our case & in the end, the negotiations led to more Open House sessions, better advertising & concluded with us putting our apartment up for auction.
